What is your role?

As a video consultant you will have a defining and leading role in our entry of the Nordics. You will be driving your own targets, create sales plans, reach out to new prospects and help them understand and reach their goals with our interactive video solutions. You will help customers by closely watching their business goals and performance indicators and advising them how to improve. You will be working closely together with the Dutch team and will travel on a frequent basis through the Nordics region. You are not hesitant to reach out to new prospects and are looking for continuous improvement.cust. video player_1.jpg
Who are you?


  • You have a degree in higher education (Bachelor or Master)
  • At least 2 year’s experience within B2B sales in Software (Saas), Marketing, E-learning, HR or CRM
  • You find the success of team more important than your own (even in sales) 
  • You have experience with long cycles (up to a year)
  • You have the ambition and motivation to develop yourself as a leader within 2-3 years (sales manager, team lead or country manager Sweden or international)
  • You are an excellent communicator, both verbally as in writing, in both English as Swedish
  • You have relevant affinity with Software, Video or Digital Marketing
  • You enjoy doing sales, but also in creating and developing a strong relationship with your clients
  • You have relevant experience with consultative selling (a new product or service)
  • You’re self-starting, believes in customers’ success and got a ‘Yes we can’ mentality
